TNA Cowichan Sweater
These Cowichan zip-up sweaters are by TNA, a Vancouver brand, and can be found at Aritzia boutiques in US and Canada. So cozy with a very up north feel. The deer pattern is my favorite, but it also comes in a few other patterns.

Multi-colored Scarf
Scarves can add a lot of color to an otherwise colorless ensamble. So, they can work wonders when paired with a basic black outfit. Multicolors or solids can both work, like the Tolani honeycomb or zig zag scarf worn by Jessica Alba.

Ugg Aussie
The ever popular Ugg is here to stay! Comfortable and STYLISH, despite what anyone else has to say. I'm particularly interested in the Classic Tall style in Chocolate this season. But, I also love this Whitley Laced Boot that I found at Neiman Marcus. To be worn with denim or leggings.

Colorblock Dresses
Colorblock and bandage style dresses are still in style from the spring. I really like this purple and black one from American Apparel. There's other color's available in this dress too. The other two are from Bebe and Herve Leger.

Wide Legged Jeans
Everyone needs a pair of dark denim wide legged trousers, like the pair worn here by Rachel Bilson. They can be worn casually or dressed up, to even pass for a business-casual look. The second pair are the new Mavi Dawn.

Ode to Plaid
Plaid and tartan are going to be trendy this year for fall and winter, as we see here on Gossip Girl. Especially for winter coats, like the one below from Gap.

Guerilla Warfare Fashion
J Humphrey Designs first fashion show was completely inspirational on the set of Gossip Girl. The punk rock plaid and bright colors are back from the 80's and 90's and so great.
