Joe Fresh Style

Joseph Mimran is behind Canadian born companies Alfred Sung, Club Monaco and Joe Fresh Style. The cheap and chic Joe Fresh clothing can be found at Real Canadian Superstore, along with sleek President's Choice Home Collection also designed by Joe. I love the prices and wide variety of items that Joe Fresh offers, everything from work to casual clothes, shoes, gloves, lingerie and activewear. And it's so convenient to pick up groceries and clothing at a one-stop-shop.

Stylista Fans

So, I've been wanting to talk about the reality t.v. show Stylista since it ended back in December, even though I might have been the only person who watched it. It was on the CW and was produced by Tyra Banks. Johanna Cox, who was a Chinese-military analyst beforehand, was named the winner. Highlights of the show included guest judge appearances by Zac Posen and Eve who posed for the cover of Elle magazine for the finale. You also would have loved Anne Slowey, fashion news director of Elle, who was very 'Meryl Streep in The Devil Wears Prada' throughout the show. And Megan, the onetime owner of a boutique named Addict, who was an extremely bitchy yet stylish contestant. Johanna won a paid editorial position at Elle, a paid lease on an apartment in Manhattan and a 1 year clothing allowance at H&M valued at $100,000. Reitmans Ad-Campaign

Hello fashion lovers! So I know that if you've heard of Reitmans you probably know that it may not be the most fashionable of stores, but I think it's coming around especially with this ad-campaign. I'm not sure which of these 6 commercials that I like best, but I love how outrageous the haute couture clothing looks. Plus I've always liked the idea of turning haute couture clothing into something wearable, even though I know that's not exactly the point of these commercials.

Also, the one guy in the commercials reminds me of Anthony, played by Mario Cantone, on Sex and the City. He was so funny!Sex and the City Anthony Marentino and Charlotte

Christina Aguilera for Target

I like Christina Aguilera's new pop art look in the Target commercial, especially her black and white dress. Plus, I've always liked comic book graphics for clothing, like whats happening in this commercial.

The Beehive

When the beehive hairstyle is done right it can look very chic. It was popularized by Amy Winehouse during her memorable performance at the 2008 Grammy Awards. Ricky's denim dress creation from Season 4 of Project Runway and an outfit from The Lauren Conrad Collection exemplify this current hairstyle trend. So I say, if you think you can pull it off, give it a shot. What have you got to lose?

Guitar Hero

I can't wait to play the new Guitar Hero World Tour! I bought Guitar Hero Legends of Rock for Wii not long ago and was blown away by how fun this game is. It does make you feel like a rock star! Seeing this game being played by Serena van der Woodsen, played by Blake Lively, on Gossip Girl and in the new commercial by Heidi Klum makes it even trendier.

Guerilla Warfare Fashion

J Humphrey Designs first fashion show was completely inspirational on the set of Gossip Girl. The punk rock plaid and bright colors are back from the 80's and 90's and so great.
