BB Dakota Pink Pea Coat

BB Dakota is a terrific brand, founded by a Montreal designer. This brand brings a French style to the clothes and can be found in smaller independent boutiques. I love this modern Alice in Wonderland ad for the BB Dakota Jack line, including the pink mercer jacket.

Shopaholic Fan

Check out the Shopaholic series of books by Sophie Kinsella, if you have not already. The movie Confessions of a Shopaholic, based on the novels by Sophie Kinsella, stars Isla Fisher as Becky Bloomwood. The things that Becky purchases throughout the series will make you laugh. Hopefully the movie will not disappoint.

Vivienne Westwood for Sex and the City

In the Sex and the City: The Movie Carrie Bradshaw, played by Sarah Jessica Parker, the infamous fashionista, is seen wearing a beautiful Vivienne Westwood wedding gown with a turquoise feather hair ornament. This dramatic wedding gown will be iconic for years to come.

I Heart Chanel 2.55

The Coco Chanel 2.55 handbag, named after the day it was created in February 1955, will forever be a favorite classic. It features a luxurious leather quilted pattern available in many colors. Red is my personal favorite.

The Slipper Boot

The slipper boot or sock boot are so cozy and cute for the winter. I have a pair from Old Navy that I got around Valentine's Day that have tassels and a heart print. I wear them everyday in the wintertime. These were found at Old Navy, Roots, Canada's own Mukluks and Victoria's Secret.

Ombré Allure

Ombré sweaters, dresses and silky fabrics are stylish right now. Ombré is really just a French word for shaded, like color gradients.

I found this Kensie Ombré Bouclé Funnel-Neck Sweater at canada.zappos.com and a Lucky Brand Ombré Open-Front Cardigan Sweater. Kensie is a wonderful brand that I've also found at other stores like The Bay and Winners.

The Leather Jacket

Leather jackets, whether bomber or motorcycle style, are so the cat's meow. I found the first 4 at Urban Outfitters and the William Rast at emoda.com. I like the way that Lauren Conrad pulled off the look on the David Letterman show, wearing a Mike & Chris Danny Pleated Leather Jacket with Alice + Olivia pants. Check bergdorfgoodman.com for Alice + Olivia brand. Leather jackets are great when worn in this way or with a frock.

T-Mobile Sidekick Slide

These handy little Sidekick electronic devices are the newest popular phone that can be skinned the way you like and have a full keyboard. Naomi Clark, played by AnnaLynne McCord, can be seen with one here on 90210.

Christina Aguilera for Target

I like Christina Aguilera's new pop art look in the Target commercial, especially her black and white dress. Plus, I've always liked comic book graphics for clothing, like whats happening in this commercial.

The Beehive

When the beehive hairstyle is done right it can look very chic. It was popularized by Amy Winehouse during her memorable performance at the 2008 Grammy Awards. Ricky's denim dress creation from Season 4 of Project Runway and an outfit from The Lauren Conrad Collection exemplify this current hairstyle trend. So I say, if you think you can pull it off, give it a shot. What have you got to lose?

Headbands are more stylish now than ever, after being popularized by Blair Waldorf's character on Gossip Girl. Whether dressy, business casual or sporty, they can be worn in many ways. Here are some that I've collected.

Guitar Hero

I can't wait to play the new Guitar Hero World Tour! I bought Guitar Hero Legends of Rock for Wii not long ago and was blown away by how fun this game is. It does make you feel like a rock star! Seeing this game being played by Serena van der Woodsen, played by Blake Lively, on Gossip Girl and in the new commercial by Heidi Klum makes it even trendier.

Juicy Couture Tracksuits

A Juicy Couture Velour Tracksuit is the most fabulous thing that you can wear on a weekend! I wear mine after work on weekdays and weekends for lounging. So comfortable and they're a change from wearing your everyday jeans. I like the velour snap-pants and I'll pair these pants with the velour hoodie, all in black. Other colors I like are treasure hunt (purple), gray, and regal.

Heidi Klum Clovers

I'm loving the Heidi Klum Clover jewelry from Mouawad, especially the necklaces that she wears everywhere. And the good news is that you can find knockoffs of these just about anywhere.

All That Glitters...

This glittery mascara would make a fantastic impression for New Years or any special occasion. I was into glitter when I was younger and I love to see that it's still available and fun to wear. It's made by Avon and comes in silver and gold. It could be worn over black mascara or on it's own.

Rock The Vote Graphic T

Lots of celebrities have been sporting a variety of political Tees for this years election. These include Hayden Panettiere, Brittany Murphy and Ellen Pompeo below. These celebrities have not only encouraged young people to vote by wearing these graphic tees, but they've started a new vote t-shirt trend. This contributed to the large number of voters for this years election.

Hilary Duff Stuff

This is a perfect casual yet dressy look that could easily be put together. I like this eye catching cobalt blue and chunky platform shoes are completely in right now. A cool and popular new style are these high heeled gladiator sandals.

Ray-Ban 2140

Ran-Ban sunglasses simply put, just rock my socks. Especially this thick rimmed style, as worn here by Sienna Miller, Lauren Conrad, Rachel Bilson and many other celebrities alike. I like these best in black or brown, the 901 or 902 colors. Other cool colors are the red, blue, white and pink styles. Don't get me wrong Aviator style Ran-Ban's still rock, but these are just where my heart's at right now.

The Bootie

Booties are very trendy right now, especially when worn with leggings or tights and long sweaters. These are the most comfortable pair of high-heeled boots I've owned to date. Simple, but they have a platform, and are by Nine West.
