Ben Harper, David Arquette and David Bedwell have teamed up to start an eco clothing line for men and women called Propr to come out in the Spring! There are not many pics online of the clothes yet, but be on the lookout.

Francisco Costa for Calvin Klein

Brazilian-born Francisco Costa is the creative director of Calvin Klein and winner of the CFDA award for best womenswear designer of March 2006 and June 2008. He has designed a beautiful, however admittedly boxy, white and grey collection for the Spring. The lime green dress seen here on Elle Macpherson is an unforgettable design of his from 2005. More recently Eva Mendes has been his muse.

Joe Fresh Style

Joseph Mimran is behind Canadian born companies Alfred Sung, Club Monaco and Joe Fresh Style. The cheap and chic Joe Fresh clothing can be found at Real Canadian Superstore, along with sleek President's Choice Home Collection also designed by Joe. I love the prices and wide variety of items that Joe Fresh offers, everything from work to casual clothes, shoes, gloves, lingerie and activewear. And it's so convenient to pick up groceries and clothing at a one-stop-shop.

Rag & Bone

Rag & Bone brings us a distinct style with their British inspired tailored sportswear. This label has hit the menswear trend on the nose with their vests, cardigans and jackets. Dressed in a tailored tuxedo jacket by Rag & Bone, Kate Bosworth pulled off this look. The brand is available at Holt Renfrew, TNT in Toronto and revolveclothing.com.

Members Only Jacket

The Members Only brand has made a comeback from the '80s! Celebs like Taylor Momsen, Fergie, Miley Cyrus, Whitney Port and Mariah Carey have been spotted wearing the jackets. Members Only continues to make leather and nylon jackets in a wide variety of colors. I also love their famous tagline, 'when you put it on, something happens'.

Another Pink Pea Coat

To go along with an earlier post, BB Dakota Pink Pea Coat, I found another great pink colored pea coat at Gap.

The Schoolboy Blazer

Striped and crested schoolboy blazers, which give off a prep school vibe, are especially stylish right now. Check out this Ralph Lauren White Striped Blazer worn by Serena van der Woodsen, played by Blake Lively, on Gossip Girl. Also the BB Dakota Nariko found at shopmarble.ca

Blazers will always make an outfit more dynamic by giving it depth with layering. And I love that you can wear a nice blazer with a pair of pants or jeans and a t-shirt, and still look somewhat dressy.

BB Dakota Pink Pea Coat

BB Dakota is a terrific brand, founded by a Montreal designer. This brand brings a French style to the clothes and can be found in smaller independent boutiques. I love this modern Alice in Wonderland ad for the BB Dakota Jack line, including the pink mercer jacket.

The Leather Jacket

Leather jackets, whether bomber or motorcycle style, are so the cat's meow. I found the first 4 at Urban Outfitters and the William Rast at emoda.com. I like the way that Lauren Conrad pulled off the look on the David Letterman show, wearing a Mike & Chris Danny Pleated Leather Jacket with Alice + Olivia pants. Check bergdorfgoodman.com for Alice + Olivia brand. Leather jackets are great when worn in this way or with a frock.

Ode to Plaid

Plaid and tartan are going to be trendy this year for fall and winter, as we see here on Gossip Girl. Especially for winter coats, like the one below from Gap.
